Standard Artwork: If you are not satisfied with non-custom artwork, you can return or exchange it within 30 days. The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
Custom/Commissioned Works: Due to their personalized nature, these works are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from the confirmed design.
Return Shipping Costs: MuseOilArt will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items. For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our original shipping address.
