Standard Artwork: If you are not satisfied with non-custom artwork, you can return or exchange it within 30 days. The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
Custom/Commissioned Works: Due to their personalized nature, these works are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from the confirmed design.
Return Shipping Costs: MuseOilArt will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items. For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our original shipping address.
Refund: We will notify you after receiving and checking your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days.
